Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, & other drug/violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in Oct in the US. It began as a tribute to fallen DEA special agent Enrique Camerena in 1985. RAZE is sponsoring a spirit week to celebrate.

Tonight is Parent-Teacher Conferences from 4-6 pm at the school. There is also a BETA parent meeting at 6 pm in Mrs. Bailey's room. BETA students do not have to attend, but parents/guardians are required to attend!

Parent teacher conferences for BMS are scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. 6th & 7th grade parents will sign up for a time slot when they arrive that evening. 8th grade parents who plan on attending will need to call the school and sign-up for a time slot.

BMS' RAZE Crew attended the Youth Summit today in Charleston. They learned about commotions, healthy ways to relieve stress, and the dangers of vape not only to humans but also the environment. The Crew is looking forward to upcoming events at school this year!
